A patient finishes a course of care, thanks the desk on the way out and means it when they say they'll be back if they need you. Six weeks later there's nothing in the book under their name, and nobody has noticed, because a person leaving quietly makes no sound. This page is about that patient, and about the Monday list that was supposed to catch them.
None of this looks like neglect. The room was full, the goodbyes were warm, someone even ran the report. It just needed a spare hour the week never had, and it needed it every single week.
Picture the same week with one difference. A patient finishes care, and after a fair stretch of days with nothing in the book, a short message goes out under your clinic's name, in wording you approved, with your booking link in it. The ones who are travelling well say so, or say nothing, and are left in peace. The ones who meant to call get the excuse they were waiting for, and a booking lands in your calendar days later without anyone at the desk touching it. Run the arithmetic on your own numbers: say a returning patient books four visits, and say your fee is $90. That is $360 riding on one short message. Count the names on your own last-month list and multiply. They're your figures, not ours, and they'll tell you more than any claim we could make.
Run it forward six months. The Monday review still happens, but it reads like a record instead of a to-do list. A patient who finished care in March got her message within the fortnight, replied on the Thursday, and was back in the book the following Wednesday, and the desk found out from the calendar. The ones who were done stayed done, politely, and were not messaged again. Nobody carried names in their head over a weekend, and nobody stayed back at five o'clock to ring a list. The quiet weeks and the flat-out weeks got exactly the same follow-through, which is the part a busy practice can never promise itself.
Fifteen minutes, in your own PracSuite, together. We pull up last month's finished-or-lapsed list and count how many have been contacted since. If the answer is all of them, you're covered, and you'll hear exactly that from us. Either way, you leave knowing the size of your own number.
